Iktomi was hired by an independent bookstore to develop their website, focusing on UX and UI design, SEO integration, and e-commerce functionality. The project also required the creation of a custom Bookdata API for easy book search and database addition. The bookstore CEO selected Iktomi based on their quality, personalized customer relationship management, and readiness. The project involved weekly calls for updates and progress tracking, using platforms such as Google Meet, Craft CMS, Google Workspace, Slack, and Mailchimp. The CEO liaised with two main contacts at Iktomi, the head of strategy and the head of tech and digital, with creative direction provided by another team member.

Emaratech, an IT solutions company, engaged Iktomi for brand refresh and website revamp services. The company found Iktomi through a referral and chose them due to aligned company values. The project, which involved 2-5 Iktomi team members, included a brand revamp, creation of a brand toolkit, and website design and development. The brand toolkit comprised logotypes, brand components, stationery, social media assets, and communications.
