Iglu was hired by an SMS service provider to manage the customer care process of registering senderID with operators. This came as a response to telecom operators applying firewalls to filter out SMS spam, meaning brands needed to register senderID to submit A2P SMS. The project required a high level of attention and follow-up due to the tedious nature of the work. Iglu was chosen due to their easy on-boarding process and ability to hire local talent. They provided one highly attentive customer care resource to process and submit customer requests to operators, and then relay the results back to the customers.

Baan Dek Foundation, a non-profit focused on providing access to education, health, and safety services for vulnerable children in Thailand, engaged Iglu to improve and develop their mobile application, Digital Superheroes Academy. The app uses a game format to teach children critical thinking, life skills, and soft skills in the form of "superpowers". Iglu offered technical skills, development assistance, and maintenance support to enhance the app which is currently available in English, Thai, Thai Yai, and Burmese languages. The collaboration resulted in a successful upgrade to the app, contributing to the foundation's mission of social innovation.
