IFAM was contracted by Jain/Rivulis, a company that manufactures and sells irrigation supplies, to handle their accounting services. The CFO of Jain/Rivulis sought IFAM's expertise to manage their accounts payable, accounts receivables, and general accounting and reporting. IFAM was chosen based on a referral. The team, consisting of 2-5 employees, was responsible for processing both purchase order and non-purchase order accounts payable entries, managing accounts receivable invoicing and cash applications, and handling monthly closing entries. They also created reports to support accounts receivable, accounts payable, and monthly accounting close. Through their comprehensive and meticulous approach, IFAM successfully met the objectives set by Jain/Rivulis.
