Idle Fusion

Idle Fusion was engaged by Kite Gives, Inc., a mobile payments platform for nonprofits, to construct the MVP of their product as a web and mobile application. The founder of Kite Gives, Inc., who had previously hired Matt, the founder of Idle Fusion, for a different project, sought out his expertise after being impressed by his leadership and the quality of his team's work. Matt was tasked with creating a platform based on the founder's designs and providing consistent feedback throughout the project. He built the web and iOS applications from scratch, starting with a discovery phase to determine if the client's budget could support a full build-out. Matt used the prototypes to architect the stack and create the front- and backend code bases. He was also responsible for developing and testing the essential functionality of the application, which included features such as payment processing, search, editorial content management, logins, and account creation. The project was a one-man operation, with the client only working directly with Matt.
