In another project, Fire Protection Services, LLC hired Idenhaus to facilitate a management meeting with the aim of establishing a long-term strategic plan. Idenhaus was responsible for planning the agenda, outlining the strategy, and conducting a SWOT analysis. They also conducted a company-wide survey to help define the company's mission and vision statements. The project involved the CEO of Fire Protection Services and their director of revenue, general manager, and director of technical operations, along with a facilitator and a documenter from Idenhaus.

Lastly, a realtor association engaged Idenhaus to update and assess their security policies and procedures. Idenhaus used a scanning tool to scan the association's network and interviewed members of the leadership team. They presented an assessment based on the NIST framework and helped the association write policy documentation for their entire environment. The project, which started in July 2022, is ongoing and has involved an investment of between $10,000–$50,000.
