The bank, despite having $35 billion in assets, had a small marketing team and lacked in-house developers and analytics experts. IMM's task was to bolster the bank's digital brand presence and execute sophisticated digital marketing campaigns. The scope of their work included creating digital branding campaigns, buying ad placements, and implementing digital strategies across identified markets and channels. They combined evergreen digital campaigns with product-focused ones across the bank's specific lines of business. The bank appreciated IMM's hands-on approach, especially during the initial stages of the project when systems needed to be integrated. The engagement, which started in January 2019, is ongoing, with the bank having invested about $1 million on the branding campaign and spending $25,000–$30,000 monthly on another project.
