The company also worked with a career assessment business, developing a self-service site for individuals to complete career assessments and access resources. The project was recommended by a colleague and was tackled by one member of the Ideas Factory team. The key deliverables included a complete assessment and access to online resources, providing a streamlined and user-friendly platform for career development.

Ideas Factory US collaborated with an IT professional services firm, providing expertise in the GeneXus platform which the client company had started using. The project involved a discovery phase, staff augmentation, coaching, and collaborative work to push out several products. They worked with a software engineer from Ideas Factory and invested less than $5,000 in the project. The engagement began in March 2021 and while there are no current projects, the relationship is ongoing, demonstrating the client's satisfaction with the services provided by Ideas Factory US.
