Highlights from Recent Projects
Idea2Form was hired by Ashoka U Exchange to create a consistent and inclusive brand for their international conference for social impact educators. The agency was responsible for the overall conference design, including marketing assets, program cover, keynote slide templates, on-site signage, and video content. The project was led by a project manager and a creative director, with a team of 4-5 people handling the on-site photo and video. The project was deemed successful, with the conference brand effectively representing the community and fostering a stronger sense of belonging among attendees.
Idea2Form worked with the Grunin Foundation, a philanthropic organization, for a year-long consultation. The project involved four phases: research and discovery, development and design, setup and implementation, and launch. The agency helped the foundation overhaul its brand identity, create a new brand look and feel, develop a content management strategy, and revamp its technology ecosystem. They also designed and developed the foundation's websites from scratch and supported the rebranding of its social media. The project concluded with a large-scale brand re-launch event. The client was pleased with the results and felt equipped with all the necessary tools to move forward with the new brand.
Ashoka, a global network of social entrepreneurs, hired Idea2Form for a project focused on Children's Wellbeing. The agency was tasked with the design and communications strategy across multiple media. Over the course of two years, Idea2Form developed a brand for the Children's Wellbeing Initiative, which included a website, a social media campaign, and a series of face-to-face gatherings. The project was led by Tomas and Lexx from Idea2Form, who collaborated with a larger team of social sector leaders. The initiative was successful in creating a national culture that promotes a sense of self, purpose, and belonging in children.
