Idea2Form was hired by Ashoka U Exchange to create a cohesive and inclusive brand for their international conference for social impact educators. The team at Idea2Form was responsible for the overall look and feel of the conference, from strategy to signage. They created marketing assets, keynote slide templates, and on-site signage, and also handled video content and photography. The result was a conference that felt inclusive, creative, and special. The project was led by a project manager and a creative director, with an on-site team for photography and video.

The Grunin Foundation hired Idea2Form for a year-long consultation to rebrand and unify the story of their non-profit and for-profit entities. The project was conducted in four phases: research and discovery, development and design, setup and implementation, and launch. Idea2Form conducted audits, interviews, and site visits to understand the foundation's work. They then overhauled the brand identity, developed a content management strategy, and redesigned the foundation's websites. The final phase saw the launch of the new brand and the provision of brand standards, guidelines, and a communications roadmap. The collaboration resulted in a complete rebranding that reflected the foundation's vision, mission, and values.

Idea2Form worked with Ashoka, a global network of social entrepreneurs, on a project focused on Children's Wellbeing. They were hired to handle design and communications strategy across multiple media, with the goal of creating a national culture in which each child can cultivate a sense of self, purpose, and belonging. Over the course of two years, Idea2Form developed a brand for the Children's Wellbeing Initiative, which included a website, a social media campaign, and a series of face-to-face gatherings. The project was a collaboration between Idea2Form and a larger group of social sector leaders.
