Idea Bloom

Idea Bloom was hired by Tumaini, a non-profit organization, to conduct a brand and customer communication workshop. The aim was to empower Maasai women in Kenya to better sell and communicate their products. The founder of Tumaini, who had previously worked with Idea Bloom, appreciated their professionalism and selected them for the project. Idea Bloom initially identified the main challenges the Maasai women might encounter, then developed a detailed workshop plan that included role-playing exercises to help them understand various scenarios. The workshop was conducted in person in Kenya and was deemed very successful. Participants received a summary of what they had learned post-workshop. The project was overseen directly by the project manager and the founder of Idea Bloom.
