Idea Bloom

Idea Bloom was hired by the NGO, Tumaini, to conduct a Brand & Customer Communication Workshop to empower the Maasai women to better sell and communicate their products. The organization's founder selected Idea Bloom due to their professionalism and previous successful collaboration. The team from Idea Bloom, including the project manager and the founder, first identified the main problems these women might face. They then designed a comprehensive workshop plan that included role-play exercises to help the women understand different situations better. The team travelled to Kenya to conduct the workshop in person. The workshop was highly successful, and the participants received a summary of what they learned. This project showcased Idea Bloom's capability to design and execute effective workshops in challenging contexts.
