For Hauska i partner d.o.o., a strategic communications consulting company, IDE3 was hired to analyze, advise, and strategize for the digitization of operations and maintenance of their IT system. They were also tasked with supporting the development and implementation of a business digitization strategy. IDE3 was chosen for this project due to their pricing, culture fit, and a referral. The aim was to improve work equipment and digitization to enhance efficiency, competitiveness, and customer experience.

Jadran hoteli Rijeka d.o.o., a hotel chain based in Rijeka, Croatia, utilized IDE3's services for IT strategy consulting. The hotel chain aimed to implement Microsoft 365 services and maintain them. After an online search, IDE3 was chosen due to their budget-friendly pricing and aligned company values. The scope of work included migrating to Microsoft 365, creating a secure cloud environment with proper server and data management, and addressing basic IT needs. They also provided training, support, and documentation for future use. This project involved the participation of 2-5 employees from IDE3.
