IDAP partnered with a yacht management company, SEAZONE, to develop a comprehensive platform for yacht job search, crew management, and financial administration. The CEO of SEAZONE appreciated IDAP's high level of professionalism and their ability to provide valuable suggestions for the project's scope. IDAP deployed a dedicated team of five to work on UI/UX design, software development, and testing. The team successfully developed a new, user-friendly product that met the client's requirements.

In another project, IDAP was hired by a maritime startup to develop a mobile application for managing private booking of services. The startup presented IDAP with a prototype, and the team worked to create an API-based backend solution and integrated various payment options. The team, led by a project manager, also focused on ensuring the app's scalability and security. The engagement began in February 2019 and completed in August of the same year, but IDAP continues to provide support and troubleshoot issues. The startup plans to maintain a long-term relationship with IDAP for future app updates and improvements.

IDAP was also engaged by an online education platform specializing in stress and anxiety management to revamp their mobile application. The client selected IDAP after interviewing six different app companies. The project involved several discovery meetings, cost determination, and wireframe implementation. IDAP used a SCRUM approach to move through each stage of the project, with a project manager liaising with the developers and designers for iOS and Android platforms. The client was pleased with the improved design and functionality of the relaunched app.
