IDAP

IDAP was hired by an online education company to relaunch and improve the design and functionality of their mobile app aimed at helping people overcome stress and anxiety. The project followed a SCRUM approach, starting with several discovery meetings to determine the cost and implementation of a wireframe. The project was managed by a dedicated project manager who liaised with the developers and designers for both iOS and Android platforms. In another project, a maritime startup engaged IDAP to develop a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for a seamless booking app reflecting their unique business model. IDAP created an API-based backend solution to deliver app content and integrated different payment options, with a focus on security requirements. The project began in February 2019 and wrapped up in August of the same year, but the engagement is still ongoing for troubleshooting and potential app updates.
