Id8 was hired by a large medical stop loss company to create a 30-page annual market report. The marketing manager praised the team's ability to transform raw data into an engaging and informative booklet. The company was so pleased with the results from the previous year that they decided to engage id8's services again. The project involved three id8 employees, including a Senior Project Manager, Creative Director, and Senior Graphic Designer. The final product was not only printed but also converted into a digital version for email distribution.

The City of Alpharetta engaged id8 to help reinvent and reintroduce their municipal organization in order to appeal to a younger market and focus on quality-of-life issues. The project began with id8 creating a new brand identity, including logo marks and colors, and defining the brand's position and message. This was followed by the development and launch of a new WordPress site for economic development. The id8 team, which included a Senior Project Manager, Brand Strategist, graphic designers, a web designer, and developers, also handled advertising and site maintenance. The engagement, which began in March 2021, is ongoing.

WestPac, an independent wholesale insurance broker, hired id8 to merge two separate entities, Western Pacific Insurance and Virtus, into one brand. The project began with market research to understand the brand's perception, position, and messaging. This was followed by the identification of the brand's identity and architecture, including new logos and color schemes. A change communications plan was then launched, outlining step-by-step tasks leading to the final brand launch. The project involved 2-5 employees from id8 and was well-received by WestPac.
