The team built the entire site from scratch, integrating PayPal and focusing on security in order to ensure customers' credit card information was not permanently stored. The site was built with user-friendly e-commerce features and is capable of suggesting relevant products to shoppers based on their browsing history, similar to Amazon. Despite the owner's lack of technical skills, the team's responsiveness and ability to listen made the collaboration easy. The website has been live for less than a year, with ID Web Design & Development retained for ongoing maintenance.
In another project, ID Web Design & Development was hired by the owner of a casual dining Cuban restaurant to create a mobile app that would enable customers to order from their tables, with the goal of speeding up lunch service.
