ICterra

ICterra served as a trusted partner for a digital support company with a team of more than 100K people. The company's head of development oversaw the partnership with ICterra for software development and maintenance services. ICterra's expertise filled a gap in the company's resources, providing domain and product knowledge, as well as expanding responsibilities to project management, new product development, feature ownership and testing. ICterra provided three teams, each with a scrum master, development engineers, architects, and test engineers. The collaboration proved successful, with activities tracked and evaluated for improvements, and a strong on-boarding process that enabled seamless integration of new team members.

In another project, the head of Atos Unify's software products' License Management enlisted ICterra for software development, implementation and maintenance services for their License Management System. ICterra became a unique competence center for the License Management System, providing services such as system updates, upgrades, development, bug fixing, testing & L2/L3 support. ICterra provided two teams, one working as DevOps and responsible for L3 support, and another providing L2 support for the public license server. ICterra's performance led to an extension of their responsibilities, proving their reliability as an SME and a trusted partner.
