The ICONOI S.A. team, led by the company's director and an account executive, worked closely with the organization throughout the project.
In a collaboration with FAM Agencia Maritima, ICONOI S.A. executed the development of a custom CRM and ERP software. The goal was to modernize the previous ERP while maintaining historical data. ICONOI S.A. was chosen for their partnerships with renowned companies like Microsoft and Oracle, their quality certifications, and positive customer references. The solution was implemented using Azure infrastructure in the cloud, MVC architecture, and REST services. The ICONOI team consisted of a project manager, developers, a tester, an architect, an infrastructure consultant, and a UI designer.
