Iceberg Web Design was hired by the American Association of Professional Baseball to create a mobile-friendly website. The objective was to create a landing page to drive key revenue for the organization including ticket sales, merchandise sales, and streaming subscribers. Iceberg was chosen from a shortlist of 5-7 companies due to their impressive customer service. The project involved a straightforward transfer from one website to a new one, all within the WordPress ecosystem. The Iceberg team, consisting of a client relationship manager, a project manager, a designer, and a web developer, initiated the project with a kick-off call to understand the needs of the client. They then conducted a deep dive into the original website structure before thoughtfully building out the new website and transferring thousands of blog posts from the old site.
