Iceberg Web Design

Iceberg Web Design was hired by the American Association of Professional Baseball for their website development needs. The organization's goal was to create a mobile-friendly website that would serve as a landing page to promote key revenue drivers such as ticket sales, merchandise sales, and streaming subscriptions. Iceberg Web Design was selected from a shortlist of 5-7 companies based on their exceptional customer service. The project involved a straightforward transfer from the old website to a new one, all within the WordPress ecosystem. The Iceberg team, consisting of a client relationship manager, project manager, designer, and web developer, started with a kick-off call to understand the organization's needs. They then conducted a deep dive into the original website structure before thoughtfully building out the new website based on the organization's needs. This also involved transferring thousands of blog posts from the old website.
