Icalia Labs, in partnership with Point B, a management consulting company, developed a platform for large universities to manage their endowments such as research funds and investments. The project involved creating a university venture capital portfolio management tool, which allows users to track their investments, returns, and remaining funds. Icalia Labs led the full design and development process, including a week-long design session and whiteboarding to refine the tool's concept and look. The application was developed using Ruby on Rails and deployed into an Azure environment with a PostgreSQL database. The project, which cost around $2 million over two years, was launched and is currently being sold to customers.

In collaboration with a national leader in equipped office rental, Icalia Labs developed a mobile app and a web platform. The mobile app, developed for iOS and Android, was designed to provide services to partners, clients, and prospects, facilitating sporadic booking of coworking spaces, meeting spaces, and access to events. The web platform was developed to enable clients to hire and customize services. The total cost of the project was around $50,000 USD and was completed within six months.

For MLAB Ventures, a venture capital firm, Icalia Labs conducted a design sprint for a product prototype. The project involved validating and testing a product hypothesis for a two-sided accounting marketplace application. Once the project was funded, Icalia Labs continued with the frontend development. The team assigned to the project included a project manager, a frontend developer, and two UI/UX designers. The results and feedback about the project were not provided.
