The i4 Group

The i4 Group was engaged by a consulting, staffing, and training organization to provide support for their clients. The i4 Group's work varied across different engagements, including a requirement for the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and federal contracts. They provided on-site Agile coaching and training, and also supported a requirement for a transportation company by providing an introductory course for senior leadership. The collaboration began in November 2015 and is ongoing, with the client investing between $200,000–$1,000,000 in their services.

In another project, The i4 Group was contracted by an IT management company, CMIT Solutions of Bitmore, to provide Agile certification and training. The i4 Group provided a flexible certification course that included exams, which the client was able to complete over a couple of weekends. The engagement, which was completed in November 2020, was a $20,000 investment for the client.

The i4 Group also worked with a multinational IT company specializing in telecommunications, where they conducted a business value stream mapping exercise using the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). The team surveyed a wide group of stakeholders and went through system artifacts to identify improvements. They also analyzed the client's Jira data. The project, which ran from November 2020 to January 2021, cost the client approximately $40,000.
