Hyphen was contracted by Salts Huby, a marketing agency, to assist with the market entry analysis for an American outdoor company expanding into the UK. Hyphen conducted market research to identify the company's equivalent demographic in the UK, which they used to plan and execute pop-up events at various locations. They designed and manufactured an L-shaped log cabin module to be used at these events, which offered activities for children and families and featured select merchandise from the client. Despite a reduced budget in the second year, Hyphen successfully reimagined the pop-up module to fit the new financial constraints. The partnership ran from June 2018 to September 2019, ending only due to budget cuts from the client in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
