HyperDrive worked with D'Addario & Company, Inc., a musical accessories manufacturer, on data optimization and organization for their loyalty program and email marketing. HyperDrive built the data schema and architecture, collaborated with the in-house IT team, and helped with creative work such as building emails, and developing the website and wireframes for profile pages. The engagement began in late 2014 and continues to this day, with a significant reduction in hours as more resources became available in-house.

For a retail/publishing company, HyperDrive was hired to execute email proofing and deployment, and to update the data structure for better customer segmentation and understanding of file growth and performance. HyperDrive's expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud was leveraged to map out the data structure and identify opportunities for improvement. The team also provided monthly reports to monitor the email file. The project, which also involved a more technical architect resource, is currently in development and expected to launch on time.

HyperDrive was engaged by a small cargo airline based in Alaska for a complete website redesign and branding revamp. The goal was to increase website traffic and overhaul the company's image following an ownership change. HyperDrive redesigned the company logo and branding elements to create a new look and feel for the company.
