Hyno

Hyno was hired by Zenskar, a company that automates billing and manages receivables, to provide product design and staffing services. The objective was to hire a Lead Product Designer to lead Zenskar's product design in solving complex usage-based billing systems. Hyno was selected due to their high ratings, great culture fit, good value for cost, and alignment with company values. The scope of work included designing flexible and scalable designs based on the product vision, developing design systems for design cohesion, building the initial design team, adding data-driven insights to improve the product experience, and managing priorities in a fast-paced startup environment. The project was successfully completed with the help of one Hyno employee.

In another project, Hyno was hired by Fortahealth, a healthcare data science company, to provide recruiting services. The company needed to hire backend engineers. Hyno was selected for the project due to their good value for cost. The scope of work involved recruiting experienced and high quality software engineers across functions in Backend, Frontend, and Design. The project was successfully completed with the help of 2-5 Hyno employees.
