HTrust Human Resources Consultancy successfully assisted a large rice importer in the UAE in establishing their HR department. The company had no HR system in place prior to HTrust's involvement. HTrust was instrumental in setting up HR policies and handbooks, establishing standard operating procedures and best practices. They also aided in the selection of HR software, setting up demonstrations with multiple providers. Furthermore, HTrust assisted in defining disciplinary practices, creating organizational charts and job descriptions and regularly evaluating KPIs to improve company processes. They also helped in recruitment and enhancing employee and employer engagement. The project, which began in October 2021, sees an investment of approximately $1,300 USD monthly from the client.

In another project, HTrust Human Resources Consultancy was hired by Madi International, a leading beauty and cosmetics distributor, to build and develop their HR department. The scope of the project included setting up best practices and standard operating procedures, streamlining processes through an HRMS, managing talent and people development, and other crucial HR functions. HTrust's services for Madi International encompassed HRMS, Performance Management, Recruitment Management, Compensation Management, Employee Engagement, Onboarding, Offboarding, HR Operations, and Talent Management. The client worked directly with Ammandeep, the Founder, and CEO of HTrust. The project resulted in a well-structured and efficient HR department for the distributor.
