HSTK Haystack

Haystack developed a custom mobile application for EyeConnect International, an ophthalmology platform. The app was built to enhance the user experience and functionality of the existing platform, which was based on vBulletin. Despite the limitations of the old platform, Haystack managed to improve it significantly, making it more user-friendly and valuable for EyeConnect's users. The app is compatible with both Android and iOS devices. The project, which began in May 2021, involved a team of five from Haystack and a total investment of $30,000.

For the National Wood Flooring Association, Haystack was tasked with system integration to enhance the member experience, ensure data integrity, and reduce administrative work for the staff. The team of 2-5 employees from Haystack integrated the Association Management System (AMS) with the Learning Management System (LMS), creating data push and pull between the two systems. They also integrated the LMS with a badging service, pushing data to the badging platform and out to the members. Additionally, they created a full directory using the AMS as a data source and WordPress plugins for advertisers.

Central Indiana Community Foundation (CICF) hired Haystack to develop a digital platform and mobile app called MVMT10K. A team of 6-10 employees from Haystack was assigned to the project. The digital platform was designed to help the foundation recruit, inform, and mobilize individuals and organizations to identify and dismantle systemic racism in their spheres of influence. The choice to work with Haystack was influenced by their proximity, cultural fit, and aligned company values.
