HRCM

HRCM has successfully provided staffing services for a construction company specializing in complex projects for medical facilities, private structures, and exceptional buildings. The company was in desperate need of a workforce. HRCM stepped in and efficiently provided a team comprising electricians, plumbers, and other unskilled workers. The HRCM team was integrated into the client's internal team and tasked to function under their foreman's instructions. Their involvement started in February 2026 and is still ongoing.

This collaborative union prompted six to ten members of HRCM to work directly with the client. The construction services company was referred to HRCM whose pricing approach strategically fitted their budget. The values of the client's company were found to align magnificently with those of HRCM. Therefore, it wasn't by chance that they engaged HRCM; they explicitly chose to work with them because they believed HRCM offered good value for the cost.

This engagement has been mutually rewarding. Despite beginning to work with HRCM only a few years ago, the construction company's HR manager has expressed satisfaction with the staff supplied and the continued service from HRCM. The value offering, price appropriateness, and shared values between the two companies have led to an efficient and beneficial engagement.
