HR-Lab

HR-Lab was hired by an automated sourcing platform for recruitment team management and to co-own recruitment processes. The decision to engage HR-Lab was made following a productive meeting with the firm's CEO at an industry event. The project involved the daily management of the client's recruitment team members, acting as account managers for their clients, mentoring team members, assisting with ongoing projects, and enhancing employer branding and candidate experience. Four members of HR-Lab's team, including their CEO, were involved in the project, serving as recruitment partners. The client was deeply impressed by the business acumen of HR-Lab's CEO, which contributed significantly to the successful collaboration.
