HotShots Labs was hired by Tumbil Corp, a gig economy wash and fold laundry app, to build an iOS app, an Android app, and a marketing site. The project involved developing a comprehensive on-demand laundry service platform consisting of three interconnected applications. The customer app features user registration, real-time order pricing, location-based scheduling, in-app messaging, and secure payment processing with tipping functionality. The WashPro app includes a verification process, multi-step workflow management, earnings tracking, customizable service radius, and order documentation through photo capture. The platform implements advanced features such as dynamic pricing based on weight and service type, an intelligent order assignment algorithm, and a comprehensive reporting system.

Xlocat OÜ, a location-based live streaming marketplace, engaged HotShots Labs for project discovery, app design, and end-to-end development. The project required the development of a mobile application that enables users to select any place in the world, connect with available operators in the chosen area, and experience live streams. Operators can accept requests, transform their smartphones into live portals streaming unique perspectives, and receive payments seamlessly for every live experience delivered. The key deliverables were a discovery phase with the PDR as an outcome, UI/UX designs, a fully functional mobile app, and help with publication to app stores.

HotShots Labs was contracted by a sleep mask company to create a Sound App for their sleep headphones. They designed and developed a custom mobile app for the company, providing a seamless experience for customers to access a curated library of sleep sounds with offline downloads, custom playlists, favorites, and an integrated sleep timer. The scope included development using Flutter and Supabase. Key deliverables included a fully functioning cross-platform app, a custom admin dashboard to manage all app content, audio player functionality with sleep timer, loop settings, and offline downloads, Bluetooth device detection and pairing features, and integration with Supabase backend.
