Highlights from Recent Projects
Horus was contracted by MyPass, a startup offering ticketing solutions for events, to enhance their mobile application which was over five years old and in need of updates. Horus was selected for their quality proposal, willingness to train the MyPass team, and reasonable pricing. A project manager, two front-end developers, two back-end developers, and a QA resource were assigned for the project. After several meetings, mock-up designs were presented, changes approved, and the app was tested, validated, and made available for download.
For the second project, Brodevo, an IT solution provider, hired Horus to develop an Android app for a mobile point of sale system for bus tickets. The app needed to access geolocation, the integrated printer, and the NFC reader. Horus was chosen due to previous successful collaborations. Horus developed and delivered the Android application with test cases for integration and evaluation, using the SDK of the Android device to interact with integrated devices. A developer and a project manager were assigned to this project.
In the third project, Ataraxy, a digital product agency, hired Horus to migrate an application developed in Xamarin.Forms to .NET MAUI and to enhance the user interface. Horus, chosen for their high ratings, assigned 2-5 employees to the project. The scope included technical migration, publication on app stores, and a complete redesign of UI/UX for specific user flows. The deliverables were comprehensive technical documentation, complete source code of the new .NET MAUI solution, and low and high-fidelity prototypes for the redesigned views.
