Horizon Labs successfully completed a web and mobile app development project for Proudly, a health and fitness company. The client's aim was to increase customer engagement and build subscribers by offering custom workouts and nutrition advice. Horizon Labs was chosen for their realistic approach, transparency, and user-centric focus. The project involved building a cross-platform mobile application and a backend administration platform using Flutter and Ruby respectively. The process included workshops, requirement capture, user story development, feature prioritization, and product design. A team of eight, including the CEO, CTO, Product Designer, Senior Backend Engineer, and Product Owner worked on the project. The client appreciated Horizon's attention to detail and commitment to prioritizing the user's experience.
