Honeycomb Software was engaged by a compliance services firm specializing in employee benefits. The firm required Honeycomb Software to take over a web application development project from a previous firm that was unable to deliver as promised. Honeycomb Software was responsible for new feature implementation and application development to replace and update an aging Ruby-on-Rails application. The team also handled CI/CD and end-to-end testing overhaul, UI/UX redesign, and a lift-and-shift from Heroku to GCP. They also developed new business productivity and user engagement features for the firm's compliance project management web app. The project, which started in August 2024, is ongoing.

In another project, Honeycomb Software was hired by a SaaS company to bring their project to Beta and MVP stages. The team took over from a previous group in under two days and delivered the project in only six weeks. The scope of work included creating a working product that included a user dashboard, user splash page, logins, multiple database configurations, querying, AI LMM Rag management, and front-end development. The team was chosen for their proximity, budget-friendly pricing, good value for cost, and aligned company values.

Honeycomb Software worked with AyeDu Technologies, a wedding planning platform, to create an MVP for their service. The team designed and developed a mobile-first wedding planning platform for multi-cultural weddings. The platform included features such as personalized onboarding with cultural and event-specific customization, multi-day budget, timeline and itinerary management, interactive vision boards, integrated marketplace, guest management features, and collaborative tools for families and planners. The engagement, which started in May 2025, is ongoing and has cost around $50,000 so far.
