Holdapp

Holdapp was commissioned by Homla, a Polish home products retailer, to design and build iOS and Android applications for their store. The project involved enhancing the purchasing experience and product discovery on mobile devices. Holdapp's team of 6-10 employees took a structured approach, starting from collecting information and selecting technologies to launching the apps on Google Play and App Store. Post-launch, Holdapp has been monitoring the app's performance, addressing any issues, and progressively improving the product. The client chose Holdapp for their high ratings, proximity, and cost-effectiveness.

Amooco Agency, a creative advertising agency, hired Holdapp to conduct a product workshop for one of their clients. The goal was to create a feasible plan for a mobile app MVP. Holdapp's team of 2-5 employees divided the workshop into several stages including understanding the business and target users, ideation, competitor analysis, and technical analysis. They identified unique value propositions, developed a set of features and requirements for the MVP, conducted user and competitor research, created user personas, and designed the main user flow. Urtica Sp. z o.o., a healthcare company, engaged Holdapp to build a mobile application for Android to scan Data Matrix codes and verify the scanned codes with the supplier’s ERP system. With a team of 2-5 employees, Holdapp developed an application that activates the camera on the mobile device to scan the codes and then sends the information obtained from the codes to the customer's ERP system.
