The chain, which operates both online and through physical stores, was grappling with inefficiencies and a lack of structure within its operations. Hoja Consulting was brought in to define processes, responsibilities, and job descriptions. The consulting firm began by conducting a thorough evaluation of the company's human resources, interviewing team leaders and department managers. A five-stage proposal was subsequently presented to the client, of which the first three stages were agreed upon. Hoja Consulting's work has been instrumental in streamlining the client's operations and improving communication and client orientation. The engagement, which began in January 2021, is ongoing, with the client having signed a one-year contract with the consulting firm.
