The retailer, which operates online and through physical stores, had issues with process structure and efficiency. Hoja Consulting conducted an evaluation of the company and its human resources to identify gaps in the chain of responsibility. They then proposed a five-stage plan to address these issues, of which the first three stages were agreed upon. Training was also provided by Hoja Consulting in areas such as communication and client orientation to help the company adjust to the streamlined processes. The project, which started in January 2021, is ongoing with a one-year contract in place. The company was pleased with Hoja Consulting's work, stating that they're gradually seeing improvements.
