Highlights from Recent Projects
Hogart sp z o.o. worked with a real estate company to develop a tool that would simplify the process of creating and submitting VAT invoices to the government in XML format. The software developed by Hogart was able to gather information from the existing accounting software and create a data file that complied with government regulations. The company also hired Hogart to develop a banking software that would allow for a large number of transactions to be made daily and gather payments from various banks automatically. The project, which began in 2016, is still ongoing and has cost the company around €60,000 ($65,000 USD) so far.
In a separate project, Hogart was hired by a trading company, TK Energostal, to develop an efficient reporting tool. The company's previous tool was inadequate, leading them to seek Hogart's services. Hogart suggested a new type of reporting tool, prepared models, moved reporting tools to one system, and created the final tool. The team also taught the company how to implement and use the reporting tools independently. The engagement, which began in 2006, is still ongoing.
Hogart also worked with a pharmaceutical company to develop software that would enable the company to comply with new provisions of the Polish Medicines Act. The software is able to collect relevant data and automatically send it in the appropriate XML file structure to the Ministry of Health. The service provided by Hogart includes data extraction, mapping, visualization, verification, electronic signature, and sending to the appropriate web portal via API technology. The project, which cost the company around $15,000, ran from November 2018 to April 2019.
