HMH Sistemas was engaged by CFS, a support provider for non-profit transportation services, to overhaul their fleet operations across several PACE programs. The primary goal was to streamline operations, improve data reliability, and automate manual processes with a focus on data validation, trip scheduling, and patients' data integrity. Developing a system that supports bilingual interfaces, adapts to different regional requirements and seamlessly merges into ongoing operations was also a priority. The ultimate objective was to shift from a reactive resolution approach to a proactive, data-driven operational model.
Covering a broad scope of work, HMH Sistemas has successfully developed five key deliverables for CFS. These include two web and mobile applications for Rx delivery parcel services, two apps for Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services and a manifest parser web app to process client trip requests. The team of 10-15 people at HMH Sistemas participated in every stage of the project, from concept creation to front-end and back-end development, right through to final execution.
Since starting the engagement with HMH Sistemas in July 2021, CFS has been pleased with the development and results of the project. HMH Sistemas was selected over other options due to their cultural compatibility, cost-effectiveness, and mission alignment with CFI. They continue to provide ongoing support to ensure optimal performance and seamless integration of the software solutions into existing workflows.
