The project aimed at providing an exclusive, member-only platform offering a personalized and enriched shopping experience for Montac Ply's esteemed customers.

ALP Overseas Pvt Ltd, a $500 Million group of companies and one of the world's largest manufacturers of sealing systems and autoparts, partnered with HKS Manpower Group to develop a robust Dealer Management System and E-commerce Marketplace. The specific goals were to build a robust Dealer Management System, achieve digital transformation, and ensure seamless ERP integration. A team of 6-10 employees from HKS Manpower Group worked on this project. The scope of work included transitioning the existing backend to Laravel for improved efficiency, implementing OTP and email-based login for secure access, creating separate login portals for ALP Overseas and ALP Aeroflex with distinct permissions, and developing a content management system (CMS) for dynamic banners and content updates. The project also involved creating user-friendly mobile applications for easy access and engagement. The result was a fully functional Node-based backend, separate login portals for ALP Overseas and ALP Aeroflex, enhanced product listing and upload features, and streamlined logistics and shipping functionalities.
