HKR TEAM (Co-Managed Outsourcing)

HKR Team was hired by Yarooms, a workplace experience platform, to extend their marketing team while maintaining the company culture. The company found HKR through a referral and chose them due to their high ratings, budget-friendly pricing, great culture fit, and alignment with company values. HKR provided 2-5 employees who were able to scale Yarooms' marketing efforts, contact new clients, and reach out to potential business partners. The HKR team was hired under an Employee of Record (EOR) agreement, relieving Yarooms of HR responsibilities. The project was successful, with HKR delivering the first team member within several weeks and an account manager to facilitate scaling in the following months.

In another project, HKR Team was hired by a retail company to build a team of customer service representatives and operations coordinators to support a rapidly growing team. The company found HKR through a referral and selected them due to their great culture fit, good value for cost, and alignment with company values. HKR assigned 6-10 employees to this project. The team was tasked with developing a customer service team capable of managing multiple inboxes and assisting customers swiftly and pleasantly. They were also required to develop a team of coordinators to assist with tasks including data entry and Shopify back end support. The project was successful, with HKR building out the required teams effectively.
