Hivekind

Hivekind was hired by a legal company to transform their desktop application, Willmaker, into an online service. The project began with re-platforming a Forms builder tool to create complex forms. Hivekind's team, consisting of a technical project manager and 4 to 7 developers, then implemented a proof-of-concept of the new platform using React.js and PHP stack. The results were successful, with Hivekind delivering a robust and efficient online version of Willmaker, significantly reducing the risk of introducing a new platform and building out the remaining forms.

In a project for the Malaysia Green Building Council, Hivekind developed a web-based application to facilitate the roll-out of a new project. The application included user registration and project submission interfaces, a customer dashboard, and a back-end project administration portal. Hivekind's team of 6-10 employees delivered a product that was a good value for cost, had a great culture fit, and aligned with the company values. The feedback indicated that the Hivekind team was successful in meeting the project's objectives.

Hivekind successfully overhauled the ad delivery engine for Martindale - Avvo, a platform for consumers to find, hire, and rate attorneys. The project involved rewriting a complex ad delivery platform for improved performance and functionality, and upgrading around 30 applications. Hivekind's team of 6-10 employees rebuilt the ad delivery engine to support multiple geographic targeting and areas of legal practice. The new ad engine was delivered swiftly, being both functional and extendable. It was also maintainable and testable, showcasing Hivekind's commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.
