Hiteshi was engaged by a real estate development and property management company to revamp their dysfunctional mobile application. The team at Hiteshi redeveloped and redesigned the app using Python, incorporating features such as property listings, a chat function, and a contact page. The project, which was carried out by two developers, ran from May to July 2025 and cost the client $3,000. The client was pleased with the swift development process, facilitated by Hiteshi's prior familiarity with the app.

In another project, Hiteshi developed an AI and custom software for REM – Real Estate Management (UK) Limited. The aim was to enhance worker efficiency through the integration of advanced AI technology into their workflow. The software, developed using Java and Python, featured database management and a live chatbot response. The project spanned February to June 2025 and cost $4,000. The client was impressed with Hiteshi's negotiation process, pricing, and introduction.

Lastly, Hiteshi was commissioned by The Suarez Team, a real estate broker, to develop an AI-based custom software solution and a website. The software was designed to streamline workflows, respond to calls and messages, and manage orders. The project, which ran from April to July 2025, was executed by a project manager and two developers using Java and PHP. The client, who invested around $5,000 in the project, found Hiteshi through a review on Clutch and was impressed with the team's ability to deliver exactly what they needed.
