Hitech BPO was hired by BNP Paribas, a leading bank in Darmstadt, to annotate 100,000 hours of shop footage. The bank was developing an analytical marketing solution for a retail customer's offline shop chain and needed to teach the in-store cameras to recognize and classify product interactions. Hitech BPO, found through an online search and selected for their cultural fit and aligned company values, was instrumental in achieving this goal. They assigned 6-10 employees to the project and successfully annotated the required hours of footage. The collaboration was deemed extremely successful, as the annotated footage could be turned into a Machine Learning dataset to be used for KPIs related to product engagement.
