Hireya was hired by Nie Group LLC, a construction and subcontracting company, to develop and integrate an API backend for their operations. The team of 2-5 employees from Hireya worked on gathering requirements, designing the architecture and database, implementing the API, creating comprehensive documentation, performing testing, implementing security measures, deploying the API, and setting up monitoring and maintenance. They also worked on UX/UI design, conducting user research, developing wireframes and prototypes, creating visual designs, conducting usability testing, preparing design assets, ensuring responsive and accessible design, and integrating the API with the UI. The project was successful, with key deliverables including functional and technical requirements documentation, API architecture design, database schema and data models, implemented API with documentation, testing reports and results, deployment documentation, user personas and journey maps, low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity design mockups, interactive prototypes, design specifications and style guides, and usability testing reports and feedback.
