Hireplicity

Hireplicity provided staff augmentation services for an online dropshipping retail store. The owner of the store sought Hireplicity's assistance in onboarding various resources to support his team. Hireplicity launched a vetting process based on the owner's requirements, which included English proficiency and basic computer and communication skills. With Hireplicity's help, the store owner has so far hired a customer support specialist, a sales designer, and a team manager. The owner mainly works with the owner of Hireplicity, and the engagement, which started in September 2018, is ongoing.

Hireplicity was hired by SimpleCar, Inc. to strategize and implement their tech stack, including CRM, Fleet Management, Payments, Invoicing, Data Analytics, etc. They were also tasked with designing and developing a web application to help members onboard, offboard, and manage their vehicle subscription. Hireplicity was responsible for a comprehensive build-out and development of SimpleCar's technological infrastructure, which included the creation and implementation of their development stack, database architecture, and web-based applications. Through these deliverables, Hireplicity has significantly enhanced SimpleCar's operational efficiency, user experience, and system capabilities, positioning them for scalable growth and improved service delivery.

Hireplicity assisted Unified Track in the design and development of an edtech platform for predictive analytics in school districts. The scope of work encompassed both UI/UX wireframing and MVP development, ensuring that the platform effectively integrates student information system (SIS) data, predictive analytics, and AI-driven risk modeling to support school counselors and students. Hireplicity's collaboration allowed Unified Track to accelerate development and position itself as a data-driven solution that enhances school counselor effectiveness and improves student success outcomes.
