Hireplicity was engaged by an online dropshipping retail store for a staff augmentation project. They launched a vetting process based on the owner's requirements, such as English proficiency and basic computer and communication skills. With Hireplicity's help, the owner was able to hire a customer support specialist, a sales designer, and a team manager. The owner, who had been friends with the owner of Hireplicity for a long time, invested over $50,000 in this ongoing engagement that started in September 2018.

For an adult learning platform, Hireplicity was involved in a custom software development project. The CEO of the company engaged Hireplicity for software development, starting from product conceptualization to infrastructure building, database structuring, and other development processes. Hireplicity was also involved in QA resources addition, application testing, and documentation. The project, which started in December 2019, involved seven people from Hireplicity, including their CEO and a software engineer. The company invested at least $100,000 in this ongoing relationship.

The startup, which serves over 17 million students across the world, needed to scale their engineering efforts quickly without sacrificing quality. Hireplicity's developers were paired with the startup's engineers, a combination that allowed them to ship quality software faster. The scope of Hireplicity's work with the team was vast, involving nearly every feature development and release spanning multiple technologies across several years. The startup's Director of Product worked with almost every member of the Hireplicity team, mostly software engineers and QA specialists.
