Heru Loop LLC

Heru Loop LLC was engaged by Agrians, an agricultural export company, to develop an end-to-end digital platform inclusive of a corporate website, a supply chain management system for the packing station, and a mobile application for company management. Agrians is a leading Egyptian supplier of fresh produce to European markets. The project's primary objectives were to digitize and centralize packing-station workflows, ranging from receiving to quality control, and to offer management real-time insight into operational progress and export activities.

Six to ten teammates from Heru Loop LLC worked on this project. The company was selected based on its high ratings, good value for cost, and alignment of values. Their team successfully designed and delivered a custom platform covering both customer-facing and internal operations. The supply chain system they created encapsulated critical operational stages, including produce receiving, washing, preparation, sorting, grading, quality control, packing, inventory and batch tracking, export readiness, documentation, and shipment coordination.

Apart from developing the sophisticated systems, Heru Loop LLC handled UX/UI design, system architecture, backend and web development, mobile development, infrastructure, deployment, and ongoing technical support. The management-centric mobile application they developed bolstered the project's success as it provided much-needed visibility into packing-station activity, operational progress, inventory, and export workflows. Overall, the project was quite fruitful, demonstrating Heru Loop LLC's commitment to enhancing organizational function and efficiency through thoughtfully designed digital platforms.
