Heron Agency was hired by Russian Tea Time, a fine dining restaurant in downtown Chicago, to manage their PR and marketing after an extended renovation period. The restaurant, which had been in business for over 25 years, wanted to reassure the public that they were still operational. Heron Agency targeted specific media outlets that catered to the restaurant's desired audience, including food-focused media, TV and radio personnel in the Chicago market, and food and lifestyle influencers. The result was a significant increase in sales for the restaurant. Four members of the Heron Agency team were involved in the project, each focusing on a different aspect such as social media, residential and office buildings, TV and radio, and magazines and newspapers.
