Heraklet Software Solutions was hired by Hair of Istanbul Health Corp. to develop a business-oriented software application. The hair transplant company previously used Excel for scheduling and paper forms for customer registration, causing chaos when retrieving information. Heraklet developed a schedule management software, enabling automatic alert setup and simplifying customer registration. The software, also integrated with a mobile application, has significantly improved business efficiency and time management. Heraklet's team of two software developers and one business analyst worked closely with three employees from Hair of Istanbul to successfully implement the software.
In another project, Net Uniform Textile Industries employed Heraklet's services for the development of a custom demand/supply system for their Order Management Department. Inspired by Heraklet's work for Hair of Istanbul Health Hospital, the General Manager of the textile company required a custom software that would enhance their workflow. Heraklet developed a web and mobile application, integrated with barcode scanners, to enable the tracking of customer products and order statuses. The application, which also alerts employees of urgent material needs, was successfully implemented by a project team from Heraklet, consisting of an engineer, six developers, and a business intelligence analyst.
