Heraklet Software Solutions was hired by Hair of Istanbul Health Corp., a company that provides hair transplant surgeries, to streamline their scheduling and customer registration system. The existing system, which was based on Excel and paper forms, was inefficient and chaotic. Heraklet developed a new software that not only automated the scheduling process but also facilitated customer registration and employee communication. The software sends automatic alerts to employees about their scheduled tasks. This web-based solution, which is also integrated with a mobile application, was developed by a team of two software developers and one business analyst from Heraklet. The client reported significant time savings and improved business value as a result of the new software.

Net Uniform Textile Industries, a textile company, enlisted the services of Heraklet Software Solutions for the development of a custom demand/supply system for their Order Management Department. Heraklet also developed a professional website and managed the company's social media accounts. After understanding the company's work procedures, suppliers, and vendor types, Heraklet demonstrated a custom program that was later integrated into the company's workflow. The web and mobile application, which works over an intranet and includes barcode scanners, allows the company to track specific customer products and receive alerts for urgent material needs. The project was successfully managed by an engineer from Heraklet, who worked with six other developers and a business intelligence analyst.
