HelpSquad

HelpSquad was hired by LiveHelpNow LLC, an omnichannel support solutions company, to develop a virtual assistant. The goal was to alleviate the workload from frontline customer interaction and save time. The virtual assistant was programmed to handle phone calls, emails, and live chats. The project was completed within a year, from October 2022 to October 2023, with an investment of $10,000–$25,000. The LiveHelpNow team was pleased with the product and felt that the virtual assistant served as an extra hand for them.

HelpSquad was contracted by BigMouthSurvey, a survey kiosk manufacturing company, to provide 24/7 customer service. The project also included setting up sales meetings and procuring prospect lists. HelpSquad was selected for the project due to their competitive pricing and culture fit. They assigned 6-10 employees for this task. The team successfully provided round-the-clock support to customers contacting via phone, email, and chat, and also managed the calendars of sales executives.

Azzur Group, a company providing full lifecycle solutions to the life science community, engaged HelpSquad to integrate live chat on their websites. The project was initiated in 2018 and has been consistently used since then. The decision to work with HelpSquad was based on a referral. The implementation of the live chat feature on Azzur's websites has been a successful addition, enhancing the company's communication with its users.
