Help4Access was hired by Target Media Solutions, Inc., a marketing and logistics company, to move their static database onto the cloud using Microsoft Azure. The EVP of the company found Help4Access through an online search and a referral, and chose them due to their aligned company values. The project team from Help4Access, consisting of 2-5 employees, began with a comprehensive Access database that managed everything from purchase order generation to accounts receivable and payable tracking, as well as shipping and inventory management. As the client's company grew, the need arose for multiple users across different locations to access the database simultaneously. In 2010, Help4Access flawlessly migrated the client's tables to the cloud using Microsoft Azure, which was a new technology at the time. This transition was described as transformative for the client's operations. Since then, Help4Access has continued to enhance and refine the client's system as their needs have evolved. The client's feedback was overwhelmingly positive, praising the seamless transition to the cloud and Help4Access's ongoing support and system refinement.
