The challenge presented to HelloGTM was to create a strategy to improve MindTales' lead generation and increase revenue while understanding their blueprints and getting the right strategy to approach the market. HelloGTM developed a go-to-market strategy that included creating a sales process, increasing calls, and connecting MindTales with potential clients who would be interested in their services. The strategy also included defining the ideal customer profile and experimenting with narrative, positioning, geography, company size, and target profiles. In addition to these, the company optimized the website and CRM setup of MindTales and integrated HubSpot and other services such as adding meetings and new clients.
