Hello Pomelo was contracted by Octave Telecom to develop a bespoke fleet management software. The aim of the project was to significantly optimize the company's existing systems. Hello Pomelo was selected through a competitive tender process, with the company's methodology resonating strongly with Octave Telecom. The software was built from the ground up, incorporating advanced algorithms to enable comprehensive fleet control. A team of five to six professionals, including developers and testers, were assigned to the project under the leadership of a project lead. The initial version of the software was completed within a five to six month period. As the product continues to evolve, Hello Pomelo maintains an ongoing relationship with Octave Telecom, steadily introducing enhancements to the software.
