The company's CEO sought a more professional, optimized website that could rank higher on Google searches. Hello Amigo redesigned and restructured the website, scaling back content for conciseness and enhancing key features and functionalities. They also conducted keyword research and SEO work to improve the site's performance across various Google searches. The project lasted from November 2018 to March 2019 and cost around $15,000-$18,000. The website is currently hosted by Hello Amigo, with future improvements planned.

The company also collaborated with a destination experience company that manages tourism, convention development, and event-driven organizations. The challenge was to launch a new website, which Hello Amigo built from scratch. They continue to provide daily maintenance assistance and add new pages to the site. The initial development project has been completed, but the company continues to engage Hello Amigo for maintenance. The project cost $33,000.

Hello Amigo was also contracted by the County of El Paso Elections Department to create a user-friendly, informative website that would encourage voter registration and participation. The website features geolocation to help voters find their nearest polling site and provides a calendar of various elections. It is also available in Spanish. In addition to the website, Hello Amigo is developing a mobile application with similar features. The app, which is being designed for both iOS and Android, will inform voters about the number of people being processed at a polling site and the estimated voting time. The company also produced a TV commercial to encourage voting during the presidential election. The project began in January 2016 and is ongoing.
