Helixstorm

Helixstorm was hired by Linfield Christian School to design and implement a new network system. The team engineered, purchased, and installed a new network system which included a new firewall and four new switches, along with battery backup. The project, which started in August 2020, was completed successfully with an investment of between $50,000–$199,999. The school plans to maintain an ongoing relationship with Helixstorm for future network improvement opportunities.

In the transportation industry, a freight forwarder and customs broker company sought the services of Helixstorm to manage their information systems. With an initial agreement, the company was satisfied with the services provided by Helixstorm and six months later, outsourced their entire information systems department to them. The project involved managing their Help Desk system, making changes to both its software and hardware, and conducting hardware installations. The engagement, which began in December 2020, continues with an investment of between $300,000–$500,000.

Miller Marine, a ship repair company, engaged Helixstorm to handle their IT infrastructure. The project involved ensuring compliance, installing new servers, monitoring, and providing all-around IT support. Helixstorm built and relocated a new server for the company. The team, which consisted of four personnel, successfully completed the project, leading to an increase in the team over the years. The company chose Helixstorm based on a referral and an extensive interview with the owner.
