Heka Software was commissioned by Güleker İnşaat, a reputable Turkish construction and engineering firm, to execute an expansive project. The aim was to develop an all-encompassing, multi-site enterprise resource planning (ERP) platform that would streamline all primary construction operations. The ERP was intended to replace numerous standalone tools and spreadsheets, increasing the firm's operational coherence across multiple sites, ensuring only relevant data was accessible to each site, and providing comprehensive visibility to the headquarters. Through Heka Software's specialized services, Güleker İnşaat looked to revolutionize its operational management and financial control structures.

The task encompassed intricate features such as a multi-stage approval system with robust financial control, audit trails, and real-time reporting capability. In essence, purchases, hiring requests, invoicing, and equipment transfers, among other processes, were restructured to pass through several stakeholders, effectively eliminating uncontrolled spending and enforcing internal compliance policies. The software was integrated with both mobile and desktop usability to cater to different team needs, with multi-language (Turkish and English) support incorporated for diverse communication needs.

The software project dubbed Şantiyelerim was successfully delivered from conceptualization and full-stack development to deployment and support. The system, built on .NET (C#) with a clean architecture and CQRS patterns, offered seamless real-time communication via SignalR and was inclusive of an Entity Framework Core and Microsoft SQL Server relational database design. As stated by the client, the implementation of the ERP successfully achieved its intended purpose, improving Güleker İnşaat's operational efficiency, financial management, and internal communication while demonstrating Heka Software's commitment to delivering wholly encompassing and effective software solutions.
